SUMMERFEST 2009 VOLUNTEER FORM 

There are many tasks involved with Summerfest and we need your help. Please consider volunteering to work for several hours in one of the areas listed below. Volunteer positions require as little as two to three hours.

Summerfest hours are Fri, July 31st 6-11; Sat., Aug.1st 2-11; Sun., Aug 2nd 12-7.




Please contact me, I would like to:

SELL CAR RAFFLE TICKETS in the booth during Summerfest weekend

SELL CAR RAFFLE TICKETS at Canal Fest: July 19-26,(under a tent).

HELP SET UP THE SUMMERFEST GROUNDS DURING SET-UP WEEK (JULY 27th-30th)

HELP CLEAN-UP (AUGUST 3,4 AND 5)

I'LL WORK ANYWHERE

 

I prefer to work in:

FOOD BOOTHS   SWEETS & COFFEE BOOTH PARKING

KIDDIE BOOTH        SKILL GAMES          ATTIC TREASURES          FIRST AID

 

* Workers in the following booths must be at least 18 years of age!!

I AM AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING THE FOLLOWING TIME(S):

FRIDAY EVENING (between 6:00 & 11:00 PM)

SATURDAY AFTERNOON (between 2:00 & 6:00 PM)

SATURDAY EVENING (between 6:00 &11:00 PM) 

SUNDAY (between 12:00 & 7:00 PM)
