Faith Formation

The Faith Formation Committee fosters continued formation in discipleship in all the members of the parish especially through faith sharing opportunities, religious education and sacramental preparation programs.

Faith Formation for Children

Religious Education
We offer weekly classes from September through April for grades kindergarten to grade 9.  Grade 10 program is a home group program which starts in late fall. These classes continue through preparation for Confirmation which is celebrated in late fall for students in 11th grade. In addition, we offer a Friday night monthly program for grades 6-9 and a homeschooling option available for most grades. Click here for more information.

Liturgy of the Word for Children

Children who are 5 years of age or older are invited to participate in our Liturgy of the Word for Children held during 9 AM and 11 AM Sunday Masses. Catechist teams lead them in prayer, explaining how to live the Scriptures.

Vacation Bible School

A week-long morning program in July for children Pre K - 6th grade that provides them with a fun-filled week of learning about Jesus through Bible stories, crafts, games, videos and songs. Adults working alongside young adults and helpers provide the variety of talents needed. Contact the Religious Education Department for more information.

Faith Sharing for Adults

Small Faith Sharing Groups

These small groups of parishioners meet in homes as well as at the parish to share faith on a regular weekly or monthly basis. They reflect on the Scriptures or another religious book while getting to know other parishioners.

Bishop's Committee - Women's Discussion Group
